Boy did we luck out this time. The nice people from ifrogz sent us our very own custom earphones. We got to log on to the website and choose the style of earphones we wanted, plus how we wanted them decorated. How extremely cool is that? Trust us, it is VERY cool.
Located in Utah, the company ships their awesome products all over the country, and to many different parts of the world. They have offices in France, Canada, Hong Kong, and Singapore to make their international shipping a little easier, and we all have some very nice things to say about their products.

I thought the day of the ear phones were gone with Pong & the weekly variety Muppet Show. Ear Pollution head phones are AWESOME!!! You can customize all the elements. I wanted something with fur, but I was afraid the two men in my life wouldn’t touch them with a 10’ pole, so I kept it simple. I chose the Fallout style which sit on the ears.
They have great sound quality, look fabulous & were surprisingly not too hot to wear. Well, they are hot, but they don’t make you sweaty. Both my boys like to use them too. Next pair I get will have the fur for sure!!!! I highly recommend these for their quality & price!!

Without trying to sound too cheesy this is definitely a product I can rock on a daily basis, in fact I have been since I received them in the mail. Like most consumers these days I love the ability to choose, manipulate, and customize everything I think other people might see, I am in fact my own individual person and I like to keep it that way when I can. So our fine trio here at TCC were given the ability to try out the whole process from start to finish and the end result is….music to my ears. I took on the over the eye style “NervePipes” and picked out some colors that I thought would go well with my Ipod case (Yeah they got those too) and my current lowbrow couture. Shipping arrived fast which was great since I was practically nail biting to get a crack at these earphones. Now people that know me well will agree that music plays a pretty darn big role in my life. I’ve played in bands, toured with bands, produced events for large companies, etc etc. It’s safe to say I eat and sleep music so I am always looking for a good set of headphones and I think I’ve landed in a good place. Ok I’m rambling now because I’m really excited about these headphones. So the Nervepipes arrived in the standard I want to kill you because I can’t open the plastic without a chainsaw package but when I got it open I was instantly stoked. The ear cushions are very comfortable even for extended music nerd play like I subject myself to. The colors were exactly as pictured on their website (it shows your custom set before you order) The EQ is perfect for my style of listening which is pretty eclectic.
The NervePipes fold up into a nice little package should you ever want to store them in your hipster messenger bag or granola day pack. So all in all pretty much the coolest headset I’ve had in quite some time, I even retired my previous pair from *ahem* Skull something. Now for my one and only criticism. I do wish that the Nervepipes had some more custom options for the artwork on the side of the speakers. I’d love to see some hipster skull and crossbones or rockabilly cherries for the ladies. I’ll live though, I still have some rocking headphones, maybe the fine folks over there will give me one more shot……..chirp chirp…dang.

I was so excited about these, because the regular iPod earbuds don’t stay in my ears. I dunno. I guess I have odd-shaped ear holes. These looked a little more robust. Plus, I had just gotten a pretty orange iPod Nano, and I got to order earbuds with orange and yellow flames on them! They’d be matchy matchy! I was super sacred that these would not meet my expectations, but I was so wrong.
Not only do they stay in my ears just fine, the sound quality is awesome. AND, they come in this awesome case, that FITS MY IPOD! Yes, you read that right. I can fit my whole iPod Nano into the case my headphones came in. So everything is protected in a sweet neoprene case that zips. Regard:
These are some of the raddest things we’ve reviewed so far. Thanks~
